Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once shipped, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Wild Roots is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information where available.

Wild Roots is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, labour disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Shipping Prices: Our website uses a real time shipping calculator to determine the cost of shipping to your location. Shipping prices depend on the size of box, weight and your location. 
Keep in mind that our shipping calculator may not always accurately reflect pricing, so if there are any shipping overcharges we will add a credit onto your account for your next order. If additional shipping fees are required for your order, we will contact you to arrange for payment.
International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside of Canada.
