Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, ingredients, colours, scents, and packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur.

Cosmetic Products

Our products are intended for external use only.

Wild Roots products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Customers should discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

Allergies & Ingredient Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing.

Wild Roots is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse reactions resulting from product use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Roots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Pricing & Availability

Prices, product availability, descriptions, and policies may be updated without notice.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, logos, product descriptions, and branding, remains the property of Wild Roots and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Parrot Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund, provided processing of the order has not begun. If processing has already begun, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation requests received after 1 hour are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a cancellation is approved after order processing, packaging, labeling, or preparation has begun, a 15% restocking and administration fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Any non-refundable payment processing fees charged to Wild Roots by the payment processor may also be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are non-refundable.
